Macy's presentation @ AI4Retail (NYC, June 2019)

Below you can see a talk that I gave along with Bhagyesh Phanse (VP Data Science at Macy's) and Jolene Mork (Senior Data Scientist at Macy's). This talk is split into three parts:

• Bhagyesh first gives a great overview of how to structure a data science team within a large organization such as Macy's.

• Jolene outlines how we use a structured problem solving approach to tackle a specific business problem

• And finally, I go through a deep dive on a machine learning algorithm I developed to cluster Macy's stores
